  • Is there parking?

    There is ample free parking available at Goodlife Wantirna.

  • What kind of results can I expect?

    No matter if the goal is weight-loss, strength, muscle gains or to increase fitness, we will dramatically increase the rate at which you experience results. In the long run, we will save you time and money.

    At Desiderate Culture, we will teach you how to maintain peak fitness for life. No more fads, gimmicks, diets or supplements that don’t work. We are about incorporating health and fitness as a part of your lifestyle.

    If you are currently involved in a training program and not getting results, we will show you why and exactly what to do to end the frustration.

  • What time do you open and close?

    Goodlife Wantirna hours Monday to Thursday 5:30am–10pm Friday 5:30am–9pm Saturday 7am–6pm Sunday 8am–5pm

     

    Personal training hours are:

    Monday and Tuesday: 7:30am – 8pm

    Wednesday to Friday: 10am – 8pm

    Saturday: 7:30am – 11:30am

    Sunday: Closed

  • What should I bring to my first session?

    Bring:

    - Training/workout gear

    - A water bottle

    - A 3-day journal of food, thoughts and sleep habits

    - Lots of questions!

  • What happens if I need to cancel my session?

    Call 24 hours prior to the appointment and we will cancel the session at no charge.

  • What else is included in the Personal Training package with Desiderate Culture?

    At Desiderate Culture, we go above and beyond to ensure you get maximum value from your membership.   • How will you know my fitness level?

    We run several health and fitness assessments before we commence training. All our programs are tailored to the individual.

  • How often does my training program change?

    Every 4 to 8 weeks. Why? Because that is the average time it takes your body to adapt to a program. A training program is only as good as the time it takes your body to adapt to it. At Desiderate Culture, we are all about results. If we need to change the program earlier, we will, again, it’s all about results.

  • How much will it cost?

    We have a number of options available, from two to five times a week. Its best to come in and discuss your goals and options so we can ensure you make the right decision for you.

  • Do you have showers?

    Yes, there are many showers available. Please be sure to bring your own towels and soap.
